important production areas of Prosecco.

What is Grappa all'uva®

Grappa all'uva of Prosecco is obtained through an unusual mix between
a single vine variety grappa and the grape must of Prosecco. It is a distillate
that intends to exploit the territory by exalting its typicality and by
representing at the same time the most pure and intimate essence that
the grape aromas can express. The wise mix of different components,
the short aging of the infusions obtained and the complex operations
involved in its production, make of Grappa all'uva of Prosecco a unique
product. An eau de vie de marc that, while maintaining the soul of grappa,
speaks a new language.

Grappa all'uva® is an exclusive product
and a registered trademark by CentoPerCento.

Tasting Card:

Sparkling and fresh aroma with hints of fruit and winy fragrance. Dry taste,
smooth and velvety. Elegant and intense smell of pear and candied fruit.
Historical Hints:

Prosecco is a white grape
that takes its name
from a county in the province of Trieste.
Originally called “Pucino”, it probably dates back to the time of the
Roman Empire when its wine was particularly appreciated by the
Emperoress Livia Augusta.
Today the production area of Prosecco
includes a territory of 15 counties and extends to the hills North of Treviso between
the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where this grape variety has
been produced since at least 300 years.
The Prosecco of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene carries the D.O.C. label
and is subject to rigid rules
and procedures of production.

Serving Suggestions:

We recommend a Chardonnay-type tasting glass and a serving temperature
around 12 ° C. The Grappa all'uva of Prosecco needs a short oxygenation
before being tasted.
